Look Who’s Going to RT: Zoë Archer

Zoe ArcherCan you introduce yourself to my readers a little?
I write historical paranormal romance, including the Blades of the Rose series, and the Hellraisers series. Demon’s Bride, the second Hellraisers book, will be available May 1, 2012. I’m obsessed with boots and spend too much time online.

Can you introduce us to the world that you have created?
The Hellraisers is a group of 18th century rakes who inadvertently free the Devil from his prison and literally raise hell. In exchange for their souls, each of the Hellraisers are given a magical gift that enables them to fulfill their darkest desires. This is definitely a group of very, very bad boys! Of course, these wouldn’t be Zoë Archer books without some kick-ass heroines, and the women paired with the Hellraisers are no exception.

Will this be your first RT or are you a veteran? Any advice for those who are going for the first time?
This will be my third RT, and it’s one of the highlights of my year! I love seeing old friends and making new ones, plus all the social events make it one epic slumber party. If you’re going for the first time, I’d say don’t feel pressured to attend everything, and ask plenty of questions. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. If you don’t know anyone, just introduce yourself, and soon you’ll have new friends!

Are you speaking on any panels during RT? Are there any you are looking forward to?

If someone were wanting to meet up with you at RT, who should they look for?
A very short (5′ tall) woman with long, dark brown hair. Since my husband, Nico Rosso, is also a romance author who will be attending the convention, you’ll most likely see us together.

About Jackie 3282 Articles
I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
