Regency books aren’t really my thing, so going into The Rest Falls Away, the first novel in Colleen Gleason’s Gardella Vampire Chronicles, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it or not.  I found myself pleasantly surprised, as I not only liked it but plan on getting the second book in the series as well!
In every generation, a Gardella is called to accept the family legacy of vampire slaying, and this time, Victoria Gardella Grantworth is chosen, on the eve of her debut, to carry the stake. But …

As the final novel in the Gardella Vampire Chronicles by Colleen Gleason, As Shadows Fade was a superb way of ending the series.
While Sebastian Vioget appears to be both the perfect warrior and lover to ensure the Gardella Legacy, Victoria cannot forget Max Pesaro – the former slayer still haunted by the vampire queen Lilith’s obsession with him.

I finished When Twilight Burns by Colleen Gleason tonight and all I can say is…SCORE!  Okay, if you’ve been following my reviews of the series, then you probably know what I’m talking about.  That’s all I’m going to say on the matter so I won’t spoil it for anyone else…yeah, like that’s going to happen…if you want the spoiler part, skip to the end.

I just finished Rises the Night, the second novel in Colleen Gleason’s Gardella Vampires Chronciles and I’m kind of annoyed.  I think this is the first time I’ve come across a novel, wanting and expecting one thing, seeing how wrong I was throughout the entire novel and then finding out I was possibly right at the end.  And I still don’t know because what I want to happen hasn’t happened yet.
Before I continue, let me clue you in on what has been happening in Victoria Gardella’s life.  Rises the Night …
