In February, as part of the New Author Mini Challenge, I hosted the New Author League of Reluctant Adults Mini Challenge and it was a huge success.  So I’m planning another mini-challenge for April.  This time, it’s going to be a little different, so I need your help.

Here’s the idea, there are a ton of author collaborative sites out there.  I recently asked what some of your favorites were and now I’m going to put them all to the test. For the next 10 days, everyone has a chance to vote for 5 different sites.  Whether they contain your favorite authors or you just like the name, cast your vote carefully.  April’s mini challenge will be pitting the two top sites against each other and since this is a new author challenge, the idea is to read and review authors that are new to you.

I wouldn’t call it an incentive, but for the New Author Mini Challenge, featuring the authors of the League of Reluctant Adults, there were a few books offered up as prizes.  Specifically, there are 35 books up for grabs.

Just as a reminder, the idea was to read up to five different League novels and then review it in at least one spot, with an additional entry if it was also posted someplace else.  Pretty easy, right?

Before I announce the winners, plus it gives me another excuse to post the list again, here are the authors that are responsible for the League of Reluctant Adults and who are exceptionally generous to offer up these great prizes.

Mario Acevedo Stacia Kane Kat Richardson
Michele Bardsley Caitlin Kittredge Michelle Rowen
Dakota Cassidy Kelly Meding Diana Rowland

Within 28 days, 52 bloggers discovered 21 new authors and read 43 different novels, which resulted in 126 reviews showing up on the web.  Not only did everyone post these reviews on their own blogs, but it appears that all the reviews were posted at least in one other location.  That’s amazing.  My hope for this challenge was that we would help get the word out on these League authors and I think we did a pretty damn good job.  Check out all these …

Even though I have been terrible at my own mini-challenge, I have had a lot of fun reading everyone else’s reviews of the League of Reluctant Adults.  So I started thinking, should do we do this again?  Elie from Ellz Readz thinks we should and I’m with her.  However, this is the New Authors Challenge, not the New UF/PNR Challenge, so I need some help from all the participants.  In order to ensure that not all of the mini challenges will be based on UF/PNR authors (since that’s the genre I know), can anyone help me out with more author collaborative sites?  I know of these sites:
