No Prince Charming by S. Walker

I am a huge fan of fairy tales with new twists and Shiloh Walker has a new fascinating series called the Grimm Circle and the novel, No Prince Charming was a great addition.
Her Happy-Ever-After has been a long time coming…
Elle spent years trying to get over her so-called Prince Charming, and she’s finally getting the hang of it. The first story in the new Grimm Circle series is Candy Houses and it involves two characters you really don’t hear much of in revisited fairy tales – Rip Van Winkle and Gretel.
Greta didn’t get her happy ending her first time around. And now that she’s a Grimm—special kind of guardian angel and official ass-kicker in the paranormal world—romance is hard …

Writing as AN Roquelaure, Anne Rice gives us a new erotic fairy tale with The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty. I’ve been in the middle of The Interview with the Vampire for some time now as I couldn’t get past how hard it was to read. The good news, The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty is so much easier. It is also so different from a vampire novel, that I’m not sure what to make of it.  The bad news, it’s harder to read.
From bestselling author Anne Rice, writing …
