I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.

  1. Lots of yummy books and squeeing over River Marked. Love the Mercedes Thompson series. Great cover for Blood Spells. Have to check out that series, never read her work before. I just received the ARC for Crescendo, the sequel to Hush Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick. It will be coming out in October. Thanks for the great links.

  2. I am so glad to be back. I have 55 posts from Literary Escapism to catch up on since I’ve been away. The great thing about that though is I can pretty much get up to speed on all the news I’ve missed in one place ! Thanks for the welcome back.
