New Web Address & MJ Davidson

Literary Escapism has a new web address. Don’t worry, nothing is going to change, at least none of the content. If you have a link to the site anywhere on your site, that is going to change, but that is all. My husband, Jesse, was a sweetheart and bought me the Literary Escapism domain so I’ll have a smaller link to refer people to. Currently, anything linking to literaryescapism.myjaxon.com is automatically being redirected to the new address, so don’t worry about missing anything.

In MaryJanice Davidson news, she’s posted her Undead and Unworthy Tour information. I still don’t like the cover art for the new Betsy novel, so I’m going to wait and get it in paperback, hoping they’ll change it. Although, if my sister will go to the signing in Dayton for me, I guess I’ll have to get the ugly cover, but at least it’ll have her signature in it. That could make it a collectible at some point.

I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.

  1. I completely agree about the US cover. I actually saw on MJ’s blog that most of her fans don’t like it but the publisher wanted to change the cover because there were too many out there that look like hers now. My cousin and I are going to try and get the UK version, but we’re not sure if Amazon UK will ship to us.

  2. Why isn’t MJD coming to the pacific northwest or the west coast in general??? People in Seattle read the most books per-capita of anywhere in the country. I just don’t understand why I don’t get more visits from romance and urban fantasy authors. Sadness!
