Checks

Okay, so this post is so not book related, but it kind of is.  It’s that time of the decade where I need to order new personal checks.  I’ve had these nature leaf checks for awhile now, but I want something different.  I went looking for vampires or werewolves or something paranormally.  I didn’t find much.  Actually, here’s what I found:

Seriously? This is what we have for fantasy style checks? All fairies. Where are the movie horror personal checks or what not. Where are the werewolves, the vampires? I want some gothic, paranormal, creepy checks and I can’t find any. They are all cutsy.  I do like the Chance Encounters one, but my husband looked at me as if I was crazy.  Actually, his exact quote was: your checks shouldn’t be a source of your entertainment.  At this point, it isn’t about amusment or anything like that.  It’s about expression and what I’m interested in.  I want some vampires and I can’t find any.

  1. Why shouldn’t your checks be a source of entertainment?? If credit cards can be designed with our own pictures why can’t checks have something we actually want them to have?? Although I do really like Amy Brown’s art… I’d love to see something darker on the checks (= Gimme some vamps and werewolves over fairies any day!!

    BTW, which checks are you getting?

  3. LOL. Actually, I really liked Chance Encounters, too, so I think you should get those. Husbands just don’t get it, sometimes. Believe me, I know. Haha. Great post!!

White stripe vest with big letters looks very a-line Marine style, deserve to bare color more slender legs low-heeled shoes, fair and succinct modeling makes your day. : White condole belt vest look sexy, tie-in 100 plait invincible the broken a-line Gucci clothes but let a person too many things to see, deserve to go up white shoes
