Hospital Visits & Vampires

Okay, so these two topics have nothing to do with each other (at least in this context), but I found them pretty much at the same time so I’m putting them in the same post.

I stumbled over to Maw Books and found out about her terrifying experience. I have a toddler myself and since we only have the one car, I’m always scared something is going to happen when I don’t have a car at home. Thankfully, everyone is doing better and through it all, she found a bunch of children books on hospital visits and going to the doctors office. Since the last couple of visits to the doctor’s office have been interesting, I might want to consider getting a couple of these books at some point.

The other thing I found was courtesy of Suburban Vampire and a film she’s excited about. I have to say, I’m not familiar with Rosencrantz and Guildenstern or what they’re about, but there is a moving coming out about them and it’s suppose to be a twist on vampires, Shakespeare, and the holy grail. I just saw the newest trailer for Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Undead and I have to say I am definitely intrigued. I’ll post the trailer below…what do you guys think?

I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
