Now on to the winners….

Linda Poitevin Contest

I had the fabulous Linda Poitevin on Literary Escapism discussing her Magical Muse. While she was here, we gave away a signed copy of Sins of the Angels. In order to enter, all anyone had to do was answer: Why do you think angel books are so popular in literature? Do you think it will last longer then the vampire craze? Now, without further ado, the winner is:

LISA R who said: With angels and demons there is such a clear cut “good” and “evil”. I think some readers really want that. Me, I kind of like the gray area heroes, a little good with a little bad. I don’t think any other paranormal will ever have the same staying power as vamps.

Congratulations Lisa R!

Stephanie Chong

I had the fabulous Stephanie Chong on Literary Escapism sharing an exclusive excerpt from her new release, Where Demons Fear to Tread. While she was here, we gave away a copy of Where Demons Fear to Tread and the winner never contacted me.  So I get to draw a new name.  In order to enter, all anyone had to do was answer: Have you had a chance to read Where Demons Fear to Tread yet? What did you think? If not, what have you heard/seen that has made you want to read it? Now, without further ado, the winner is:

SOPHIA R who said: I have not read the book. I read an excerpt on Amazon after the title caught my eye and liked the dialogue between the main characters.

Congratulations Sophia R!

Chloe Neill

I was a complete idiot and completely missed my deadline for talking with Chloe Neill about the events that happened in Hard Bitten and what could be happening in Drink Deep. So I gave away THREE fabulous novels by Chloe Neill – Hard Bitten, Hexbound and a Chicagoland novel of choice – and the winners never contacted me.  So I get to draw a new name. In order to enter, all anyone had to do was answer: After the events of Hard Bitten, what are you afraid to see in Drink Deep? What are you looking forward to? If you haven’t read Hard Bitten (or the series), why not? Now, without further ado, the winners are:

Hard Bitten SURB who said: When I pick up Drink Deep, I am looking forward to finding out more about Ethan. I am not looking forward to the possibility of Merit moving on with Jonah. You are so nice to offer the chance to win the book!

HexboundKIMBERLEY C who said: I love this series and would love to get my hands on Drink Deep…
It would be a lovely early Christmas present to win it.

I love Merit and Ethan – and hope that there is some hope still for Ethan –wishful thinking–Maybe it could be a “shower scene” like the one on DALLAS series that year when they brought Bobby Ewings back.lol

Novel of Choice – NA S who said: I have heard about this series but haven’t started it yet. I want to and I like how strong the female leads seems to be. Merit seems like someone I can root on.

Congratulations Surb, Kimberley C and Na S!

Winners!

You have until December 16th to send me an email at jackie AT literaryescapism DOT com, with the contest you won in the subject line, otherwise I’ll draw a new name when I post the current contest winners.

I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
