Black Friday Contest Winners (3 of 4)

Black FridayContest WinnersThere were 13 US/Canada and 13 International contests during December’s Black Friday event and I so can’t list them all at once. For one, it is going to take me a bit to figure out all the winners. For another, that would make for a really long post. So I’ll be doing them in four sections and this section section will be the first half of the International contests.  The US/Canada winners were announced here and here.  However, the time has past for those winners to contact me and I’ll be drawing new names on Monday.

My apologies for the delay in announcing the international winners

However, before I get to that, I made a slight error.  I had three copies of Meljean Brook’s Heart of Steel to give away and I only announced one winner.  So here are the other two:

Heart of Steel by Meljean Brook

Meljean Brook was unable to celebrate Black Friday with us, but in her place, she sent along a fabulous copy of Heart of Steel. In order to enter, all anyone had to do was answer: What kind of steampunk treasures would you like to find during your holiday shopping? Now, without further ado, the winner is:

TERI C who said: Santa, Bring me those Goliath and Scott Westerfeld inspired steampunk goggles. All big and chunky like that, and the series on audio.

VAN P who said: I would love a nice coat or necklaces.

Congratulations Teri C and Van P!

Now, let’s get on with the International contests.

In order to enter, all anyone had to do was answer: What would be on your shopping list to get a fire starter and/or a dragon shifter? Now, without further ado, the winner is:

KAYA H who said: A fire extinguisher for the bedroom!

STEPHANIE K who said: I would give a firestarter or dragon shifter and trip to a secluded island, where they could relax and take nice swim.

I loved the excerpt and I’m looking forward to reading Within in the Flames, it sounds fantastic.

KIMS who said: Anything that is fire resistant. I would hate to buy something and it goes up in flames. Maybe an aloe plant for occasional burns too.

Congratulations Kaya H, Stephanie K and KimS!

I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
