Look Who’s Going to RT: Lanie Bross

Lanie BrossCan you introduce yourself to my readers a little?
I’m a writer, a mom, a wife, I work full time in trade publishing & I live in a rural town of 2500 people on the coast of Maine. I started writing about 7 years ago and since those first words, I have not stopped! I love it!

I can be found at: Website | Twitter (Lanie Bross) | Twitter (Lee Bross) | GoodReads | Amazon

Can you introduce us to the world(s) that you have created?
In Fates there are a bunch of different worlds that the characters get to explore, even including modern day San Francisco. They travel from a red sandy land of two suns to a lush forest filled with Blood Nymphs to a world made entirely of glass.

Will this be your first RT or are you a veteran? Any advice for those who are going for the first time?
This will be the first time at RT, in fact, this will be my very first conference EVER.

Are you speaking on any panels during RT? Are there any you are looking forward to or are planning on attending?
I’m not speaking but I am going to be participating in the Teen Book Event on Saturday the 17th!

Is there anything in particular you’re looking forward to or experiencing while in New Orleans?
Really good coffee!! Actually I am super excited about meeting some of my favorite authors!

If someone were wanting to meet up with you at RT, who should they look for?
I’ll be the one standing in the corner with huge scared eyes. I’m sort of an introvert and meeting new people terrifies me, but I am determined to get out of my own comfort zone and have a great time.

About Jackie 3282 Articles
I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
