So I wasn’t necessarily a fan of his novels, but even I knew who Michael Crichton was. A lot of his work was turned into movies (Jurassic Park and the Lost World), but he was also the creator behind ER. Either way, it’s a sad day when the publishing world loses a great author. Tuesday, Michael Crichton lost his battle with cancer and passed away at the age of 66. My sympathies go out to his family. For a look at some of Crichton’s work, SciFi Guy has a great post over at his site.
There’s one week left for the Stanislaski series giveaway. There’s still time to enter, so make sure you wander over if you want in on the pot. Also, don’t forget to enter the Parker Blue contest for a chance to win a copy of her new novel, Bite Me.
