Soul to Grave

Rachel Vincent has released the final cover for the third Soul Screamers novel, My Soul to Keep, which will be released in June. Isn’t it snazzy?

For those who have been looking for anything relating to the HBO production of Game of Thrones, George RR Martin has posted the first still.

Interviews:

Fifty-Two Stories has posted their latest addition – The Truth and All Its Ugly by Kyle Minor.  If you haven’t been keeping an eye on this site, you really should.  There’s a new short story posted weekly and some big names do pop up there.  It’s a great site to “taste-test” something new.

Weekly Geeks has a great topic going for this week.  I’m not sure if I’ll get time to do one up, but I thought I would share and ask everyone who their favorite author was and why.

Babbling About Books has another fabulous WTFckery post up.  Also, Katie is showcasing some fabulous covers as well.

Both All Things Urban Fantasy and Dark Faerie Tales are showing up the new cover Kalayna Price has for her first urban fantasy novel, Grave Witch.  It’s not final yet, but damn doesn’t this look amazing?  Grave Witch will be out October 2010.

Jill Myles has posted a snippet from her upcoming novel, My Fair Succubi.

If you’re a fan of Colleen Gleason’s Gardella Vampire Chronicles, then you might want to head over to SciFiGuy’s Weekend Report.  He mentions a new series titled the Tudor Vampire Chronicles and it looks interesting.  The first novel, Kiss of the Rose, by Kate Pearce will be out August 3, 2010.

There are a ton of covers that have been coming out each month and there is no way I can post them all.  However, I do post them all on Literary Escapism’s fan page on Facebook.  So if you think you’ve missed one or just want to see all the random stuff I manage to find, head over to the page and see what’s up.

I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
