Look Who is at RT: LB Gregg

Can you introduce yourself to my readers a little?
My name is LB Gregg and I write m/m fiction for ladies and gentlemen to enjoy. I’m also (not so) secretly the blogger known as Lisabea and once upon a time, I ran a gig called ManLove Mondays. I took up writing two years ago and currently have two series available. The popular Men of Smithfield novellas are available through Aspen Mountain Press. And now you can meet my brand new guys– Romano and Albright–through Samhain.

Can you introduce us to the world that you have created?
My Men of Smithfield stories take place in the quaint town of Smithfield Connecticut. These novellas capture the small town charm of New England while celebrating the love of four couples during the very four distinct seasons of the Northeast. Also they are sexy, m/m, and generally funny, fast paced reads. I believe most people know me as the writer of the bible thumping scene in my first book Gobsmacked. It…is quite memorable.

My new series, Romano and Albright, is a NY City romp of mayhem and laughter featuring an impulsive, drop-dead sexy, Italian American Art Gallery Assistant–Mr. Caesar Romano–and his new flame, the irresistible smart ass Alpha PI– Dan Albright. The first book Catch Me If You Can released in March. The second Trust Me if You Dare is scheduled for December.

Will this be your first RT or are you a veteran? Any advice for those who are going for the first time?
First RT. I’m excited and nervous. I’ve attended other conferences but this is my first time signing books. Please stop by to see me. I will have chocolates.

Are you speaking on any panels during RT? Are there any you are looking forward to?
Not speaking. I’m very much looking forward to:
E-BOOK & E-MARKETING: WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU’RE e-EXPECTING

and

CRAFT: HOW TO WRITE DYNAMIC DIALOGUE (Jennifer Crusie!)

If someone were wanting to meet up with you at RT, who should they look for?
The smiling woman with a denim jacket and Kate Spade bag. I’m chatty and…I’m a big coffee drinker. More than likely I’ll be clinging to a to-go cup. (although later it’s possible I’ll be clinging to a wine glass).

Also I am rooming with my gal pal Carolyn Crane–so there’s a good possibility you’ll find us together.

I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
