A virtual assistant can be extremely helpful with keeping consistent stress away from the writing process. Here are just a few things we can help with:

JackieJackie is a stay at home mom by day, and an author publicist/social media expert by night. She has been an avid reader since discovering her mother’s massive collection of historical romance novels long before she should have, and frequently escapes to the fantastical worlds penned by urban fantasy and paranormal authors. Jackie has been promoting her love of books on Literary Escapism since 2006 and has been working as a publicist with Barclay Publicity since May 2014.

Constantly looking for new and innovative ways to promote authors and their works, Jackie has a special flair for connecting authors and readers through live, interactive group chats.  She is also passionate about getting readers to try new—to them—authors and loves to participate in panels and craft workshops at literary events, educating readers, book bloggers, and authors on the latest trends in book promotion.  She can be found on Facebook (a lot), Google+ (more and more), and Twitter (not as much) talking books, her family, and anything else that might come up.

Nicole P.

NicoleNicole lives in Kentucky and has a BA in Psychology from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law.  Nicole has been a reviewer and assistant editor with Literary Escapism since 2011 and has been working as a publicist with Barclay Publicity since May 2014. She also provides administrative and publicity support for an award winning fiction author.

An avid reader, Nicole discovered several years ago that she wanted to be a part of the publishing world and is passionate about promoting literacy. Nicole loves to read romance and urban fantasy as well as paranormal young adult and new adult books.
