Contest: Bayou Moon by Ilona Andrews

Would you like a copy of Ilona Andrew’s Bayou Moon, the second Edge novel, a little early?

Cerise Mar and her unruly clan are cash poor but land rich, claiming a large swathe of the Mire, the Edge swamplands between the state of Louisiana and the Weird. When her parents vanish, her clan’s long-time rivals are suspect number one.

But all is not as it seems. Two nations of the Weird are waging a cold war fought by feint and espionage, and their conflict is about to spill over into the Edge—and Cerise’s life . William, a changeling soldier who left behind the politics of the Weird, has been forced back into service to track down a rival nation’s spymaster.

When William’s and Cerise’s missions lead them to cross paths, sparks fly—but they’ll have to work together if they want to succeed…and survive.

Thanks to the generous people at ACE, I have a copy sitting on my desk, looking for a new home.  In order to enter the contest, all you have to do is answer this one question: What September release are you waiting for?

There is one thing I am adding to my contests now…the winner must post a review of the novel someplace. Whether it is on their own blog, Amazon, GoodReads, LibraryThing or wherever, it doesn’t matter. Just help get the word out.

The contest will stay open until September 16th, at which time I’ll determine the winner with help from the Research Randomizer and the List Randomizer.

I have not been contacting winners, so you will need to check back to see if you’ve won.

  1. Besides, Bayou Moon by Ilona Andrews, I am also eagerly awaiting Venom by Jennifer Estep, Heaven’s Spite by Lilith Saintcrow, Alpha by Rachel Vincent, and Siren Song by Cat Adams. The other September release that I already enjoyed and loved was An Aritifical Night by Seanan McGuire.

  2. September is a big month- have already devoured An Artificial Night by Seanan McGuire. Will be starting Veil of Shadows by Shiloh Walker. Really looking forward to releases by Ilona Andrews (of course), Carolyn Crane, Patricia Briggs, and Jennifer Estep.

    I love Ilona Andrews books, but hadn’t had the time to read On the Edge yet…

  11. I’m waiting for Bayou Moon, Venom by Jennifer Estep and Spy Glass by Maria V Synder, was lucky enough to find a copy of Blameless early in my local bookshop so thats one less to wait for.

    I loved On The Edge so much. I think I have the September releases I wanted — Atlantis Betrayed, Demon from the Dark… Huh, I know there were more.

    The one I want JUST AS MUCH is Carolyn Crane’s Double Cross. Can’t wait.
