CONTEST ALERT – I can’t remember if I said anything or not, but Ann Aguirre is having a massive contest for five copy of Lauren Dane’s Undercover.  The novel was just released last week and it is hot.  I’ve read it, enjoyed it, and went looking for more.  The good news is there will be a sequel, Relentless, coming out next year, but it’s going to have a different viewpoint (I believe that’s what she said).  Either way, head over Ann’s site and enter.  Contest ends midnight on Saturday.

Yummy news – there’s an excerpt up for Bone Crossed!

Jackie Kessler’s Cat & Muse has an interview up with Carrie Vaughn’s characters, Curveball and Earth Witch, from Inside Straight, from George R.R. Martin’s shared world of Wild Cards.

Jeaniene Frost is guest blogging over at Magical Musings.

It’s the last day of Lori Devoti’s 30 Days of Vampires and she’s asking one final question to everyone: What are 5 vampire novels you have read and loved.  It’ an interesting question and I would be interested in hearing what everyone has to say.  Here are my 5, and really, it’s the entire series this novels start out, (in no particular order):

About Jackie 3282 Articles
I am a 30-something SAHM with two adorable boys and a supportive husband who is very tolerant of my reading addiction. I love to read and easily go through about a dozen books a month – well I did before I had kids. Now, not so much. After my first son was born, I began to take my hobby of reviewing a little more serious and started Literary Escapism to help with my sanity. I love to discuss the fabulous novels I’ve read and meeting all the wonderful people in the book blogging community has been amazing.
