SciFiGuy has the cover for Katie MacAlister’s Love in the Time of Dragons. This is the first novel in her Light Dragons series (yea! more dragons), which will be out May 4, 2010. If you’re out of the loop like me, you can read a Q&A Katie did regarding this new series here. I have to say that I am loving this cover though!

Jeri Smith-Ready has announced that the third WVMP Radio novel, Bring on the Night, will be released August 1, 2010. Also, she’s given us the tentative titles to the fourth novel. Lust for Life will be released about six months after Bring on the Night, so sometime early 2011.
Jackie Kessler has launched a new website and blog for her new identity as a young adult author, Jackie Morse Kessler. For those unfamiliar with Jackie’s new series, she’ll be writing about an anorexic teenage girl who is about to become the new Famine of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. The first novel, Hunger, will be out Fall 2010.
SciFiGuy reports that in a recent interview, Jocelynn Drake revealed the titles to the fourth and fifth Dark Days novels. We will get to look forward to Pray for Dawn and Wait for Dusk. There’s a lot more at SciFiGuy’s Weekend Report, so make sure you check it out.
I saw this over at SciFiGuy (who saw it at Meljean‘s) and I like. Although, I do have to say, if I was the “lady”, I would be annoyed at the damage caused, but the ending is fabulous.
I am an Outlander junkie. Love the series, anxiously awaits each novel. After four years, the seventh novel, An Echo in teh Bone, has finally been released and I was at the store first thing Tuesday morning to get it. But that’s not the news I wanted to share (but you should go get it if you’re a Gabaldon fan). What I want to share is the great little war Kmont and Katiebabs is having right now. It’s hilarious. Katiebabs is trying to get Kmont to read Outlander, since she hasn’t (shocking I know, but it’s not for everyone), but she’s only offering up Harry Potter as a trade value. First of all, why she hasn’t read Harry Potter is beyond me, but second, the two are on two totally different playing fields. She needs something better. So what do you guys think? What should Katiebabs promise in order to get Kmont to read Outlander? If Kmont is going to do the work, Katiebabs should to, right?

War? Why Kmont and I are civilized people. Well, I did smack her with a virtual glove and say duel. But she didn’t offer me any smores during her PJ party with her biotch lawyers. :( Instead of bloodshed we sue each other like everyone else!
Such a shame Kmont has read on to the other 1000+ pages of the luscious and wonderful love Jamie and Claire share. Love those two!
We will have to discuss Echo after we finish reading :D
